We are looking for Graduates having 1-3 years of experience in customer Support.
- Coordination and follow up with domestic and international clients for required details
- Resolving client’s queries
- Coordination with internal team on requirements and updates
- Communication details updates and reports submission in pre-defined systems and formats
- Efficient use of communication tools – Email, Skype, Phone call.
- Shall have excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Shall believe in self learning and motivation
- Shall have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support in technical or non-technical field.
